Same Day Dispatch: We strive to get your order processed and shipped out as soon as possible. All orders placed before 3pm Brisbane time will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 Standard Shipping. Express Shipping $13.95.

Freight Carriers: For standard shipping, we use Australia Post and Couriers Please for some metro areas. All Express Shipping will use Australia Post Expres Parcel service.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $125. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and does not require any promo codes or coupons. Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within Australia.

Delivery Times: The delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected, the delivery location, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or public holidays. Please allow for additional delivery time during peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking: We provide order tracking for all orders shipped with our Standard and Express shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
