Refunds and Returns  

Need to return something that is damaged? isn't as you expected? or is the wrong size? Not a problem!

Notify us that you wish to send it back within 5 days of receipt of delivery; with no questions asked (date of delivery as deemed delivered by any of our delivery service providers - e.g. Australia Post tracking service). Gif vouchers purchased cannot be redeemed for cash. 3D player figurines that have been made specifically to fulfil an order will fall outside this policy and will not be applicable for a refund or exchange.

Depending on the reasoning for the return, we will determine whether we issue you a refund of your purchase price, or issue a credit note of your purchase price, or o ffer to exchange the item(s). 

Please also note the 'Return Shipping Charges' section below which will be applied for shipping costs, and 'Afterpay Surcharges' for transactions paid via Afterpay.

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact – refunds will not be issued for worn or used products, nor earrings.

Parcel Courier Service

Why not pay and print your return shipping labels at home using the eParcel service from Parcel2Courier, then drop your items off at a Post Office for return to us.  All you need to do is follow the easy steps on 

You'll get the benefits of the same eParcel service used to deliver your items (which includes full tracking and optional insurance), so you know your parcel will make its way back to us safely for refund or exchange.


Please note:

·        To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags attached and intact.

·        Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. All items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn / soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order.

·        Any order received without an approval number will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

·        Any orders which are deemed as a custom order are exempt from refunds.  Custom orders are orders whereby we have specifically ordered in a particular product or size, which is not in our usual stock range.

Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit your desired account minus the postage charges. Please allow up to two weeks for money to be credited.

If your original purchase included FREE DELIVERY, then any refunds will be made less the actual charge of delivery paid by for your order, which may be different to the delivery rates advertised on our website.


Late Returns received after 5 days

Unfortunately, items which are not notified as to us as being required to be returned after the 5 day return policy cannot be guaranteed for a refund nor exchange.  If items are received by us after this time period, we will contact you and return your package to you upon payment of a new delivery fee.


Return Shipping Charges will only pay shipping charges for AFL merchandise that is either defective or damaged, or if an error was made in the processing on our part. 

If you need to return a defective or damaged item, we will cover your returns postage costs by adding this to your refund (only includes standard non-express signed for delivery service via Australia Post). Any returns using a faster more expensive service will result in a postal refund of only the cost of a standard service as described above being sent back to us from the original delivery address.

For all other returns, any postal charges for items sent back to, or additional postal charges for re-delivery must be paid by you. 

As such, any refunds will exclude original postage charges. For exchanges we will request an additional postage payment from you to cover the cost of re-delivery of the item.


Afterpay Surcharges

If your return / refund is approved please note that will refund you the cost of your order, less any payment surcharges incurred for using Afterpay to process your transaction which are non refundable to us from Afterpay - currently 6.88% of the transactional value
